A: Prompt delivery, 10-15days after 30% advanced payment.
3. Q: Do you provide samples: Is it free or extra
A: Yes, we can provide samples, the customer pays for the cost of freight and samples charges first. We deduct the sample fees upon orders.
4. Q: Can we put our logo or company name on the products?
A: Yes, we can do OEM order. we can make products with your own design.
5. Q: How many days for make sample and mass production?
A: It takes 3-7 days for making sample. And mass production needs 10-35 days.
6. Q: What is payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or payment against copy of B/L.
7. Q: After sales service:
A: All of our products are made by top quality ,we will check the quality before delivering to you. If there is any problem on quality We will solve the problem for you in the first time, and will come up with the most suitable solution to solve the after-sales problem.
